Firefly Solar & Roofing is a vertically integrated company that specializes in whole home energy consumption. You don't have to worry about who is going to handle the work after you move forward with the project. Although our primary focus is Solar and roofing, we look at heating/cooling consumption with the option of replacing HVAC to high efficient units, Water heating costs with the option of heat pump and tankless water heaters, and much more energy issues with homes. Our goal is to maximize energy savings for customers while ensuring responsible energy consumption in the home.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales people for Solar, Roofing, or Both. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, closing sales, and meeting sales targets. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, or Account Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in renewable energy or sustainability is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be adaptable
